1) Chicken - Roasted Mushroom and Parmesan Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast with Roasted Garlic Mashed Red Bliss Potatoes and Pink Peppercorn Bechamel
2) Beef - Beef Bourguignon En Croute - slow braised beef, carrots and onions wrapped in flaky puff pastry with roasted garlic mashed Potato and bordelaise sauce
3) Vegetarian - Mozzarella cheese raviolis with summer squash ratatouille
